Dr Gayatri Devi, though by profession is an Ayurvedic consultant, has passion for writing and painting. She has been conducting Tanjore Art Classes for more than a decade.

In recognition of her contribution in various spheres, she received several awards, which include "Adarsa Mahila Puraskaram" from Bharata Muni Academy, Bombay Andhra Maha Sabha and "Sree Ramanavami Prathibha Puraskaram" in 2017 by Sanathana Dharma Charitable Trust.
